The data we collect about you

Our websites are powered by Prestashop and hosted on A2hosting our third-party web services provider. A2 Hosting is committed to ensuring that data is processed in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, and is kept secure. A2 hosting is certified to the standard of ISO27001 (an international standard for information security). All data processed on our website are stored on A2 hosting web servers in the EEA (Amsterdam).

When someone visits one of our websites, Prestashop collects standard internet log information (your IP address, browser, and type of device) and details of visitor behaviour patterns (where you joined our site from, the path you take through our site and where you leave). These are stored against unique ids (which are strings of numbers). Our websites collect this information for the legitimate business purpose of monitoring the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, the general geographic location of visitors and engagement levels, which in turn enables it to make improvements to its websites and services, and provide business intelligence. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. It is kept indefinitely.

Our websites also use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns, which are stored against unique ids (i.e. strings of numbers). We collect this information for the legitimate business purpose of monitoring website traffic and engagement levels, which in turn enables us to make improvements to our website and the way we sell our cars and services. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. It is kept indefinitely.

When you submit information using an online form, our websites processes the data collected and stores it for 90 days for the legitimate business purpose of enabling us to access the information and deal with your request (it is then kept for a further 14 days in websites routine back-ups for business continuity purposes).

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with www.beautyvision.ie you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.beautyvision.ie retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will be beautyvision.ie. Prices are in Euros and All products are 23% VAT.

Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability, however, if we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your order form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server The Seller does not guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

TRAINING

Age Restrictions

Our courses are suitable for those aged 16 or over unless otherwise stated.

Course Schedule

All of the courses are subject to demand. In the unlikely event that a course or workshop does not obtain the necessary number in order to initially run, applicants will receive a full refund or the opportunity to change their application to the next time that course runs.

In the rare event that a course structure must be changed or amended, students will be given adequate notice. The training centre reserves the right to change course dates, times and duration at its discretion and where absolutely necessary.

Deposit Payment

The deposit payment of 50% is required upon course/workshop booking.

The outstanding amount is due on the day of the course.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your course booking, you must do so minimum 10 days before the course date. Otherwise the deposit payment will not be refunded.

The deposit fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable if the course booking is cancelled in less than 10 days before the course date.

Course Bookings & Payments

To apply for any of our courses or workshops you can do so via our website www.beautyvision.ie or in the training centre: Beauty Vision, Main Street, Ballisodare, Co.Sligo.

Applicants also have the option to pay the course fees in full either.

Payment can be made via cash or card. We do no accept personal cheques.

Attending a course at the Beauty Vision Training Centre

Having booked a course with the Training Centre, you will then be sent an email to confirm your chosen course and date.

We will contact you a day prior to your course via text message with reminder and if any necessary products/equipment is required to bring with you on the day.

Return Policy

You may return your order, or any part of your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Return Process:

· Products returned has to be unused/not damaged and in the original packaging

· Customer will have to cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or damaged

· Customer needs to present the purchase receipt

· The refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned items

· The refund will be transferred to the card/bank account that the purchase was originally made

· Customer will be refunded the price they paid for the goods at the time of purchase

· If an item you received is faulty, please contact our customer service [email protected]

· The money refund will take up to 7 working days

Damaged or faulty goods

If your order arrived damaged or faulty please raise an enquiry with the customer service as soon as possible.

We will require an image or video showing the damage, fault of incorrect item received to be able to provide a solution.

In case of a damaged/faulty items we will provide a replacement product. If the goods need to be collected we will provide you with a free returns label for

this purpose.
